અર્થાત કે ગરીબ ને આપરાધિક બનતા વાર બહુ નથી લાગતી.અને તેમ છતાં પણ જે ગરીબો રેકડી ગલ્લા ઈત્યાદિ ચલાવીને તમારા દેશનો આપરાધ અંક નિયંત્રણ માં રાખે છે તો તેમને તમારે દેશ ને માટે આશિર્વાદ રૂપ જ સમજવા જોઈએ.એટલે કે જો કોઈ પણ દેશ નો આપરાધ અંક ઘટાડવો હોય તો તે દેશની ગરીબીનું નિરાકરણ કરવું આવશ્યક છે.
